Country Style Meat Ring

I own a copy of the Full Steam Ahead Thermomix cookbook and at first glance you may be forgiven for thinking it is full of really weird recipes…however when you actually read them you discover a plethora of tantalizing meals. This is one of them:

Never mind the fact that I did not read the recipe right and put in too much spinach – it was absolutely delicious. It was super easy too so I can see it becoming a regular especially in the cooler months.
