New Kaszazz Catalogue!

19 May

You weren’t expecting that one were you?  You can check out the new catalogue right here.  Be sure to take a peek at the card on page 173; it’s made by yours truly!  Woo hoo I’m in the catalogue!

There’s loads of lovely new goodies including two new paper ranges; Life’s a Beach and World Traveller, new co-ordinating rub ons and stamps as well as a gorgeous new alphabet stamp set called Carnival.  My Wish List is filling fast let me tell you!

You may notice in the new catalogue some price changes; a few things have gone up a little and some have come down, also a few products have been deleted due to lack of supply and manufacturer discontinuation.

Now don’t panic  folks you can still order from the old catalogue for a very limited time so make a coffee/pour a glass of wine, get out your old catalogue and grab your mouse.  Spend a little time checking if things on your wish are missing from the new catalogue and move them to high priority!

At this stage I will be placing one more order from the old catalogue and the bonus is that you can also order new items at the same time.  If you would like to order something from the old catalogue please email or call me before this Thursday [21st May] night.

National Training was a blast, especially as I has Katherine (my S-I-L & downline) with me.  We made two new workshops, Life’s a Beach Envelope Cards and Life’s a Beach Layout using the new papers and stamps.  The L.A.B. papers are bright and funky with wicked lined reverse sides.  I can see great potential for these.  I’ll update this with photo’s once I get organised.

I was spoilt with stamps; Sharynne and Deanne gave me my belated birthday presents – two new release stamps and we also got the new Hibiscus stamp as our thank you gift!  And yesterday I came home to find a lovely package full of all the new papers from Kaszazz, my reward for being an active consultant in the last four months.  All I had to do was achieve sales of $350 in each of those months, easy peasy. I love all the little extras that you get from being a consultant.  If you’d like the same opportunities give me a call and I’ll send you a no obligation Info Pack.  There is never any pressure with Kaszazz and that is one of the reasons I joined.

Ok if you are keen to organise a workshop get together with your friends hop on over here to see the latest 2H workshops and 5PQ’s.  I’ll also be running some new workshops from home so I’ll keep you posted.

Phew that’s a lot of info, I’ll leave you now to digest all of that.  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Newsflash – FREEbies and promotions!

3 Apr

Just a quick update on the April promo’s.  The storage options offered as Host FREEbies have been so popular they have all run out – but wait, this is not bad news at all!  Kaszazz have substituted these gifts with extremely generous replacements – yay.  For the Hero Host FREEbie you can instead choose the Love & Cherish Uncut Stamp Set worth $35.00 RRP and the Super Hero Host FREEbie you can choose the Artist Trading Card Uncut Stamp Set and Colorbox Inkpad (chosen at random) worth $78.95 RRP.  That is an even better deal than the storage options!

If anyone is interested in getting their hands on these goodies they will be finishing at the end of April so give me a call 0400 576 190 or email krismarr(at)primusonline(dot)com(dot)au as I still have a couple of dates available for April workshops and make and takes.  I can also do a “paper party” too if you prefer.

It’s almost the weekend – are you doing anything exciting?  Crafting perhaps?  My mum is coming to visit and tonight we are headed to Sharynnes with my dear friend Rosie for some scrappin’ fun.  I plan to get started on the A2Z of Scrapbooking – a new Kaszazz line/concept that I’m very excited about.  Sound interesting?  I’ll tell you all about it and post photo’s very soon.

Tim Holtz Ink Blending Tool

29 Mar

I am over the moon.  While at conference Kaszazz had a mini release of new products and one of those new products was this…

and the reason I am excited?  Well lets just say I have been lusting after this tool for a very long time!  I was sorely tempted to buy it elsewhere but thankgoodness for the lovely Kaszazz purchasing/product development team for deciding we should sell it.  Yay.  And you know what’s even better – I won about 6 of these at conference.  Double yay!

Having never used this tool before but knowing it’s capabilities from looking at Tim’s tutorials I was rapt when we actually used it in a new workshop at conference.  Check out the clouds below – they are made with the blending tool and distress ink.  Don’t they look fabulous?

Whimsical Page & Pocket Pieces

Whimsical Page & Pocket Pieces

NB: I’m yet to add photo’s and please excuse my orange couch!  I’m planning on having a play with the tool this weekend and seeing what else I can do with it.

Kaszazz also released a new range of papers called Bella featuring one of my all time favorite designs – polkadots!  I love dots they are so versatile and never go out of fashion.  There’s also new stamps with a slightly french chic flavour as well as some cute Easter ones too.

And a totally new and cool concept is The A to Z of Scrapbooking.  A clever consultant by the name of Sonia Gibson has come up with this wonderful idea which is perfect for new and old scrapbookers alike.  This concept allows you to make an entire scrapbook album from A to Z; you can buy the page packs individually (great for those of us on a budget) or all of them at once then just add the alphabet kit and the embellishment kit and scrap away!

The new March Products flier is available to view online if you click here or you can buy your own copy for $1.00.  For my customers who attend a workshop or place an order you will receive the flier for FREE.

If you have any questions about the new products or indeed anything leave a comment below or email me on krismarr(at)primusonline(dot)com(au).

Happy scrappin’

Kris

where has the week gone?

18 Sep

It’s Friday already and I’ve hardly written any blogs while on holiday, my bad.  So what was more important than posting…ummmm…well…honestly I don’t know where all my time went!

I have some photo’s from our Kaszazz training day

Here’s Sharynne’s arms guiding us through the first 5 Projects Quick card using the new papers from All Boy.  This card uses paint dabbers on acetate to make a semi see through card with a motorbike stamped on it – great for all those extreme sports boys.

and here are those arms again demonstrating one of the other cards in the 5PQ workshop using fluid chalk on gloss card and one of the new car stamps which I believe is a Holden Monaro?  I love this stamp and will HAVE to buy it because James is somewhat a car nut especially Holdens.  Just look at those brilliant colours in the Fluid Chalks aren’t they gorgeous?

and this is a new SB page workshop using the All Boy papers, but don’t be discouraged if you don’t like boys – this example shows how the papers can be easily adapted for a girl, ain’t she cute?  I love these papers, they are so bright, modern and versatile.

Ok last photo (for now) is this new 2H workshop layout using the new Ebony and Ivory range which you will fall head over heals for when you see it.  It’s simply stunning and I’m so happy about it I can’t wait to get my hands on it.

So you too can check out the new product release here.  Just scroll down to the new products flyer SEP08.  And for a gander at the new workshops go here for 2H (two hour worklshops) and here for 5PQ (five projects quick).  There are heaps and heaps of pretty and funky products to sort through, let me know what your fave is.  The two new paper ranges have matching stamp sets which are available cut to to the contours (very handy just jump straight in and get stamping) or uncut which lets you stamp them all together in one go or cut them out yourself to save on expense.  If you want to keep them whole there is a new jumbo size acrylic block to make it easy peasy.

For those of you who have been looking for journaling stamps we now have them available as part of a set or individually.  The car etc stamps I mentioned before include the Monaro (correct me if I’m wrong) an MG looking sports car, an old Rigley (?) and we also have a wicked bi-plane, train and motorcross rider on his bike.  Totally appropriate for the men (boys) in your life.

Now I’m off to do some research on mini misters and aqua brushes…and to take some photo’s of the front yard as I had to wait for the prunings to be hauled away.  I think that’s the worst part of gardening – cleaning up the pile of mess you have at the end of the day!

Back soon

Kris

PS credits go to Sharynne for all the examples above – thanks love :o )

WOW

13 Sep

that’s all I can say about the two new Kaszazz workshops we did today and about the new product release.  OH MY GAWD.  I am in love with the new stamps and papers and other cool things……I will keep you in suspense only a day or two longer til the release is public but trust me it is worth the wait.  Let’s just say this little duckie is sure happy she got her TIP 3 $300 voucher because it will be all spent on new product.

PS I’ll have photo’s too!

a very happy scrapper – thank you Kaszazz

cards, cards, cards

10 Aug
Card challenge for July 08 - Tombow pens
Card challenge for July 08 – Tombow pens

OK so here I am trying ever so hard to create a gallery where I can post all my photo’s for you to view but I’m not getting anywhere fast.  So until I can work it all out I will just slap the pic’s in here with my posts for now.  The card above was for my July card challenge using Tombow Dual Brush pens.  I was really worried about getting it done so I procrastinated right up to the last minute then was surprised at how well it came out.  It’s just a simple sweet little card.  I used the Tombows to colour the rubber stamp which I’d never done before.  I love the effect and will be definetely buying some Tombows for my own stash.  All the tools and materials used were from the Kaszazz range as it was a consultant card challenge group.  The Challenge for this month is the Adirondack Paint Dabbers so I’ll have to find some inspiration and start creating.

On Friday night I held a 5PQ Workshop where we made Ooh La La cards using various techniques like embossing, stamping, punching and so on.  Here’s a pic…

5PQ Ohh La La Cards

Wow you have no idea how long it’s taken me to get these photo’s sorted – I wish I knew what I was doing instead of just learning as I go.  Hopefully this post will come out looking ok, apologies if it doesn’t!

Check back later for some pictures of my upcoming workshops
